The pharmaceutical companies have made billions touting the youth-enhancing benefits of testosterone boosting and libido boosting drugs. But there may be a cheaper, less clinical solution to low testosterone levels and the low libido that is a by-product of low testosterone. Take for example, the testosterone benefits of mowing your own lawn rather than having the neighborhood teenager do the work.

Modern medicine and pharmaceutical companies have found solutions for many human ailments. Fortunately for men, low testosterone does have a number modern medicine treatments; however, at Elevate-T we believe that men should use these as a last resort only after attempting to increase testosterone levels naturally. In this blog, we will discuss some of modern medicine’s solutions so you can understand the benefits and complications of those treatments.
Inject Testosterone Directly into Muscle
We start with the obvious solution and the one associated with illegal sports medicine. But it is also used in normal treatment. The testosterone injection goes directly into muscle tissue enabling absorbtion into the blood stream. Body Builders like this option due to its low costs and immediate, “boosting” effect. In addition, dosing is infrequent, maybe once every two to four months. However, this pharmaceutical solution has side effects such as the “roller coaster” effect where a man will experience sexual and emotional highs and lows as the injection gives an initial boost, then wears off until the next injection. Also, some injections cause the testosterone levels of a man to be higher than that of most untreated men, which can be dangerous.
The Patch
Another possible solution is a patch for testosterone therapy such as Testoderm TTS TD. These patches are applied to the scrotum or to an arm, back or the buttocks. This may be a solution for those who do not want to visit the doctor often, or those who despise needles. However, the list of side effects is long with effects such as: sever bladder contractions that cause frequent urination, urinary tract infection, painful erection, liver problems, enlarged prostate, various types of nausea or Diarrhea, and even depression. The site also lists a possibility of being unable to get an erection or having altered ideas about sex. Some of these side effects are the exact opposite of the desired outcome.
The Pill
Finally, oral treatments are sometimes prescribed. However, these treatments may not help with the low testosterone levels, as the absorption of the drug can be limited. In addition, the pharmaceutical oral solution can sometimes be very hard on the liver.
Modern Medicine vs. Natural Methods
While many pharmaceutical solutions for low testosterone exist, men should note that none of these solutions address the root cause of low testosterone which is low production. In each case, the answer is to give the man the ‘missing’ testosterone which will, in fact, further lower the man’s own internal production as the man’s body will wrongly think it is producing enough. At Elevate-T, we believe that simply replacing ‘missing’ testosterone should be the used only as a last resort. We have developed a simple but effective top 10 natural ways to increase your testosterone production. For most men, we belive if you follow that list you will have more energy, more libido and feel like an elevated man without paying us or any doctor a single penny.
Additionally, if you seeking to kick start your testosterone production through natural means than Elevate-T also offers a supplement containing both natural libido increasing herbs and testosterone boosting minerals. This all natural supplement for men helps your own body increase its testosterone levels. Our committment to helping men increase their natural testosterone production includes a guarantee that will refund your money if the supplement doesn’t work for you.

Newsweek burst into the growing debate over testosterone boosting techniques last year when it ran an article detailing the increasingly widespread use of pornography as a remedy for low testosterone. Although the idea of pulling pornography into the medical mainstream seems, well, you know, like something grandma never would have stood for, we actually agree with the overall gist of the article; studies have indeed indicated that having an erection daily will send your testosterone levels through the roof. It’s important to recognize, however, that having more sex is only one part of a larger picture.
At Elevate-T, we aim to tackle this larger picture with the use of our Top 10 list of natural steps toward healthier testosterone levels. As the Newsweek article notes, there is a debate currently raging between two alternative approaches to testosterone therapy: the all-natural approach and that of prescription medications. We strongly believe in the efficacy of the all-natural approach. It is safe, proven and cost free—and the fact that Newsweek, a mainstream publication is publishing material in support of natural testosterone replacement lends it a degree of credibility that, 3 years ago, may have been lacking.
It just seems so obvious. Then with natural solutions so readily available, why do so many men choose to take expensive prescriptions? The answer lies in the marketing. Many prescriptions are carefully packaged and marketed to give a glamorous appearance of “youth in a bottle,” claiming to increase energy and boost libido, all the while miraculously decreasing weight and ill tempers.
It sounds too good to be true—and it is. Often not advertised are the side effects. The Newsweek article references a mysterious and reoccurring “penis disorder” that tends to crop up, in addition to other enigmatic maladies. We think you will agree that this is troubling. Why take all the risks and suffer through a deluge troubling and ill-understood side effects when you can achieve the results you want naturally by making a few minor changes to your everyday life?
We think you will agree with us, then, that prescription medications should serve as an absolute last resort. Instead of wasting your money on some miracle panacea that will most likely only leave you stiffed—no pun intended—try our Top 10 list of all-natural steps you can take to boost your testosterone levels and overall wellbeing. The Top 10 is easy to follow and absolutely free—the only costs are your time and a little bit of commitment. It’s a small price to pay for amazing results.

If you’re looking to increase your testosterone levels naturally, there are a few easy steps that you can integrate into your life that will carry you in the right direction. In this list, we have separated the steps into three categories: things to do, things to avoid, and how to eat.
JUST DO IT:
1.) Exercise, exercise, exercise. The body needs exercise to regulate stress levels and hormone production. In order to optimize testosterone production you’re going to have to get out of the house and work up a sweat. Ideally, you should focus on working multiple muscle groups—compound lifting—in heavy-weight, low-rep sets. Don’t worry if you start slow—increasing the amount of time you spend exercising will yield valuable results almost immediately.
2.) Sleep 6-8 hours every night. The body needs sleep to reboot and recharge. Studies have shown the getting a few more hours of shut-eye a night helps regulate testosterone levels. It also helps you feel better so you’re more likely to follow the other 9 steps, as well. So if you’re reading this late at night, go to bed! You won’t regret it.
3.)Sex is great. That’s right, one of the most important steps is arguably one of the most enjoyable. Having sex—even just getting an erection—daily signals your body to boost its production of testosterone. More sex, more testosterone; what’s not to like?
CUT IT OUT:
4.) Soy is bad. According to several recent studies, soy is thought to contain chemicals that lead the body to replace testosterone with estrogen (a female sex hormone). While the affects aren’t so pronounced as to cause uncontrollable and unexplainable bursts of giggling or sudden urges to cuddle with your wife and watch The Notebook, consuming too much soy lower your libido, as well as your masculine energy. So cut out the veggie burgers and low fat soy lattes man, it’s just not worth it.
5.) Alcohol, in any amount exceeding moderation, is bad news for men. Like soy, alcohol skews the balance of testosterone to estrogen in the body. Studies have demonstrated that men who drink too much alcohol actually experience breast growth—and we’re not talking well-defined pectorals. Limit alcohol consumption as much as you can.
6.) Stress is killer. Testosterone production is like any other bodily function in that it is severely diminished under the presence of excess stress. So chill out for a while and take some time off your worries. Some men have found yoga or other forms of mediation to be extremely help. Forgot whatever misconceptions you may have about mediating or relaxing being effeminate. The truth is that men need a break from the daily grind just as much as anyone else.
EAT TO LIVE:
7.) Eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones. Doing this will cause your metabolism to burn at a constant rate, increasing the amount of calories your body burns per day while at the same time giving your testosterone production a boost. Men who make this change find that they feel less hungry and more energized throughout the day. It’s not necessarily about cutting back, but rather changing up your schedule.
8.) Maximize animal protein intake. Another step that shouldn’t be too difficult, eating enough red meat and animal proteins gives your body the energy it needs to produce testosterone. Protein also helps to build strong muscles and to strengthen neural connections. This means you will be thinking clearer, lifting stronger and looking better. Not a bad price to pay for indulging in steak, eh?
9.) Good fats (e.g. omega 3) are better than bad fats. Sound obvious? Well, it is. Studies have shown that eating enough fresh fish, sardines and other foods containing omega 3 fatty acids increases testosterone production in addition to providing additional health benefits. Fire up the grill and throw on some salmon, because this step is critical in achieving your goal.
10.) Zinc and Magnesium are critical to regulating and increasing testosterone levels, and most men don’t get enough of them. Both zinc and magnesium inhibit the enzyme mechanism that converts testosterone into estrogen, thereby increasing testosterone levels. If you find that you don’t get enough zinc and magnesium in your regular diet, consider investing in a male supplement that contains both.
These ten steps aren’t the only things you can do to increase testosterone production, but they are an excellent starting point. And the best part is that they aren’t all too difficult to work into your everyday routine. Start small and build from there. The results will indeed surprise you.
